Terms of Service

01 Service description

Sarona is a B2B lead generation and email outreach platform operated by K&G Media OÜ (registry code 16170827), a company registered in Estonia. By using Sarona you enter into an agreement with K&G Media OÜ subject to these Terms.

02 Acceptable use

• Sarona is for B2B outreach only — contacting business roles at companies
• No consumer (B2C) email sending is allowed under any plan
• No spam, no purchased lists without prior consent, no misleading subject lines or sender identities
• Tenants are responsible for compliance with local email laws in their target countries (CAN-SPAM, CASL, UK-GDPR, ePrivacy, etc.)
• Maximum sending limits apply per plan and are hard-enforced by the system

03 Plan terms

Limits are enforced at the platform level. Attempts to exceed your plan's limit will be blocked. Warmup ramps new sending domains gradually to protect deliverability.

04 Data ownership

• Tenant owns their leads and email data — all prospect data, sent emails, replies, and analytics associated with your account
• K&G Media OÜ owns the platform — software, AI models, prompts, aggregated anonymised analytics, and infrastructure
• On cancellation, your data will be exported on request within 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted from live systems (7-day rolling backup purge thereafter)

05 Limitation of liability

• Sarona is not liable for email deliverability — outcomes depend on receiving mail servers, content, sender reputation, and external factors beyond our control
• Sarona is not liable for prospect responses — including negative replies, complaints, or legal actions initiated by contacted parties
• Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the last month's fee paid by the tenant to K&G Media OÜ
• We provide the service "as is" and disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Estonian law

06 Termination

• Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice via email to the other party
• K&G Media OÜ may terminate immediately for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to B2C sending, spam, or use that endangers our infrastructure or sender reputation
• Outstanding fees for the current billing period remain due

07 Governing law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be submitted to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Tallinn.
